Shipping & Returns

All sales through this website are final and may not be returned or exchanged. If you receive the wrong item, are missing an item, or receive a damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will gladly correct the mistake and cover all shipping costs associated with the return.

Online orders are shipped from Oregon, Monday through Friday. Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM PST on Friday, as well as on Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped on the following Monday. Please note that holidays and inclement weather may cause delays in shipment.

You will receive an email confirmation upon placing your order and another notification when your order ships, which will include a tracking number. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive these emails within 3 business days of placing your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email or a shipping notification, please contact us at orders@woolfolkyarn.com.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class and will be uninsured. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. The estimated delivery time is approximately three weeks. Please note that Woolfolk is not responsible for packages that are delayed in customs or lost in transit.

Please be aware that we cannot, under any circumstances, label any purchase as a gift. All orders will be accurately marked as merchandise, with the actual retail value specified.

Woolfolk does not collect or control customs fees. These charges are determined by the recipient’s country and may be applied by local customs office upon the package’s arrival. Please note, Woolfolk does not offer refunds or returns on yarn purchases due to package refusal.

 

DISCOUNT

No discounts can be applied to orders retroactively.
