All sales through this website are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. If you receive the wrong item, are missing an item, or an item was damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your package and we will gladly fix the mistake and pay for all shipping costs associated with this.

We ship online orders from Oregon, Monday – Friday. Most orders ship within two days (orders placed after 12PM PST on Friday and on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.) Holidays and inclement weather may delay your shipment.
You will get an email confirmation when you place your order and also when your order ships, including a tracking number. Please be sure and check your spam folder if you do not see these within 2 business days of placing your order. If you don’t receive a confirmation email of your order or shipping confirmation, please email and let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org.
$2 — Printed materials such as patterns, books, and shade cards
$5 — Yarn

$15 — Yarn (First Class Post)
$40 — Yarn (First Class Post)
International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class and will go uninsured. You will receive a tracking number once shipped. The delivery time is approximately 3 weeks.
Woolfolk is not responsible for packages that are held in customs or lost. Additionally, we cannot mark your purchase as a gift so that you may avoid customs fees. It is illegal for us to mark any merchandise sent to you as a gift, and we will not do it under any circumstances. We will always mark your order as merchandise, with the actual retail value.
We do not collect customs fees. Each country has different parameters for customs fees and you may be charged by your local customs office.
No discounts can be applied to orders retroactively.
