GAUGE

12 sts and 24 rows = 4″ in Fisherman’s rib on US 13 (9 mm) needles, blocked
13 sts and 18 rnds = 4″ in 1×1 rib on US 13 (9 mm) needles, blocked

NOTES

Balaclava is worked flat from the top down in Fisherman’s rib. After the hood, work is joined in the round for the neck ribbing. Choose the size with 0″ ease, the stitch pattern is very stretchy.
