NEEDLES AND NOTIONS

US 10 (6 mm) 24″ / 60 cm circular needle for tubular cast on
7 mm 24″ / 60 cm circular needles
Tapestry needle, markers, holders or waste yarn, spare needles for short rows and three needle bind off

12.5 sts and 22 rows = 4″ / 10 cm in Two-color brioche stitch on larger needles, blocked

NOTES

Wind River is a side open slipover knitted in brioche ribs with two different weights of yarn, bulky and sport weight. Optional sidebands are available for flexible styling. Front and back pieces with selvage edges are worked flat from the bottom up, and shoulders are shaped with short rows, followed by three needle bind off to join. The collar is knitted in the round with the
bulky yarn only.
For brioche ribs, knit the lighter yarn rows relatively tight to keep the tension of the ribs even.
Choose the size with 0–2″ / 0–5 cm of positive
easeshoulder width.
